This includes, but is not limited to, situations where an automatic payment fails, a payment instalment is missed, or an outstanding balance remains unpaid. You authorise such manual charges without requiring further action or approval from you at the time of the charge.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you prior to processing a manual charge. If a charge is disputed or declined, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services until the outstanding balance is settled.
